About Us:

The New England Chapter of the American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants brings together registered nurses across New England and the United States who apply their clinical expertise to the legal field. Our members are nurses who translate complex medical information into insight that attorneys, insurers, and other legal professionals can act on bridging the worlds of medicine and law. Whether working independently, within firms, or as expert witnesses, we share a commitment to the highest standards of the legal nurse consulting profession.

Our mission is to advance the practice of legal nurse consulting throughout the region and to support our members at every stage of their careers. We do that through continuing education opportunities, networking events that connect nurses with one another and with the legal community, and mentorship that helps newer consultants build their expertise and their practices. We also serve as a regional resource for attorneys and organizations seeking qualified legal nurse consultants for their cases.

As a recognized chapter of the national American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants, a professional association of more than 1,000 members nationwide, we connect our regional community to the broader profession. Chapter membership requires active national AALNC membership, giving our members access to national education, resources, and credentialing alongside the local connections and events our chapter provides. Together, national and chapter membership offer a full spectrum of professional support, from the foundational to the deeply local.
