About the event

Event Description:

Pathology findings can play a critical role in medical-legal cases, but understanding their significance and application in litigation is not always straightforward.

Join the AALNC New England Chapter on August 27, 2026, from 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM EST for an informative presentation with Dr. Pavel Kopach, a board-certified Anatomic & Clinical Pathologist who provides independent pathology consultations for attorneys and second-opinion diagnostic reviews for physicians, pathology groups, and patients.

During this session, Dr. Kopach will discuss how pathology contributes to medical-legal cases, the importance of accurate pathology interpretation, and how expert pathology review can provide valuable insights during litigation. Drawing from his experience in oncologic surgical pathology and complex diagnostic evaluation, he will share practical guidance on understanding pathology findings and recognizing when expert pathology input may be beneficial.

This session is ideal for attorneys, legal nurse consultants, healthcare professionals, and others involved in medical-legal case review…
